WINTER PRUNING IN FULL SWING
|
|
Bears may
hibernate, but field arborists are out in full swing. These guys (and gals) have been
compared to squirrels, monkeys, and even Spiderman®. At Majestic Tree Care, we use “rope and
saddle” technique exclusively for pruning shade trees. We get inside the tree, get right on top of the branch, and we do a
great deal of our pruning with handsaws versus chainsaws. In this manner, our climbers are able
to make the best possible cut each and every time, with better control, more
safely. |
MAJESTIC
TREE CARE IS THE PLACE TO CALL FOR “SPECIALTY PRUNING”
|
European-style gardens, pruning apple, pear,
cherry, apricot and even grapes for fruit production. Espalier and fan type training in two
dimensions. We’ll even
plant a baby espaliered apple or other tree for you. |

DUTCH ELM DISEASE UPDATE
|
The 2005
season again saw losses of the beloved American elm. Preventive fungicide injection
treatment followed by vigilant homeowner inspections are the only way to
protect your elm from succumbing to this disease. Once a tree is infected in the main
trunk, there is no hope for its survival. If you have an American elm which is
valuable to you, call Majestic today for a free preventive fungicide
injection estimate. |
